Lots of lovely events happening at St. Matthias NS this year. Some of our talented musicians brought in their instruments and treated us to a lovely afternoon concert. Visiting French jazz musicians also played a sunshine gig before the Ballydehob Jazz festival kicked off. Sunshine allowed us to have a fun Easter egg hunt and also we painted outside onto our school walls. The Junior room had a lovely candle making workshop in June and made some beautiful candles. Left over wax was made into funny monsters. The workshop was delivered by Roland Lamprecht
