We had a busy start to February in school. On February 5th the whole school travelled to Abbeystrewry NS to sing with Peter Stobart. Afterwards we went to the Uillinn arts Centre in Skibbereen to engage with a children’s art exhibition currently on display. Art in Action is an interactive multi media exhibition that invites children and people of all ages to encounter and interact with contemporary art. Leading Polish artists have transformed the galleries with their interactive, tactile sculptures and installations that explore scale, space, sound and light. The students loved being able to touch things in a gallery and really enjoyed exploring the display.
