Our new pupils

We welcomed 7 lovely new Junior Infants this year in the Junior room. They have settled in so well and are into the swing of things at St. Matthias NS. Typically it’s been another very busy and exciting first term. We have been doing lots of fine motor skills to prepare the Infants for writing.

Bike safety week 2022

As part of celebrating a nationwide bike safety week, St. Matthias NS thought of a fun and safe location for our cyclists to enjoy a cycle with their friends. Heir Island was the chosen destination.
